An adult female aged 25 years come to the clinic very unhappy with the way her teeth were. She had been adviced to extract all her front teeth and wear a denture but the patient did not want to lose her front teeth also she had no teeth in the posterior region as they were already extracted in the past. She came in a very compromised condition.

1. ROOT CANALS WERE DONE IN THE FRONT 5 TEETH
2. THE TEETH WERE THEN PREPARED FOR THE JOINED CERAMIC CROWNS
3. REMOVABLE PARTIAL DENTURES WERE MADE FOR UPPER AND LOWER POSTERIOR REGION.
